Build a vehicle bridge in Greenwich as an alternative to the Blackwell tunnel
The Blackwell tunnel in the east of London is getting worse for traffic culminating in the closure of the tunnel for 10 hours this month. There are breakdowns daily adding to the grief of everyone. Should there be a terrorist attack on the tunnels the whole of the east side would be crippled.
