Improving the Internet from trains would massively increase productivity.
I spend hours on trains going to client offices. The Internet connections are poor at best and really only work at a station
On train from Newton Abbot to Paddington today. Internet available less than half the time. Oh, it's working... I am at Reading.
Thos would be much more efficient than HS2

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure what action you would like the Government or Parliament to take. The quality of wifi on train services is the responsibility of train companies.
You could start a new petition asking the UK Government to set a minimum standard of internet connection as a requirement for all rail franchises.
