Make it a legal requirement to vote in all elections and referendums.
In the UK, after every single election we here how low the turn out for voting has been. Some local council elections have reported as low as 35% of eligible voters using their vote.
I feel that we should make voting in elections a legal requirement with punishment for none compliance.
