Make rear facing law till 2
As research shows its 10x safer for a child to be rear facing up to 2 sometimes 4 unfortunately a lot of people are to quick to put their babies into forward facing at 9+ months which in an accident can have devastating consequences! Whereas rear facing children will more than likely have a bruise
