Force retailers in airports and ports to pass on VAT/duty savings to consumers.

Petition Details

In 2015 it was exposed that many retailers in airports and ports do not pass on VAT savings to passengers travelling outside the EU and instead pocket the cash as extra profit. The government has failed to act on this issue costing consumers thousands. Retailers should pass on the full 20% saving.
