Transport for London (TFL), stop retaining refunds and return refunds as part of delayed service automatically to Oyster card passengers.
When a journey made on London Underground train, is delayed by more than 15 minutes for reasons within Transport for London (TFL)’s control, TFL should refund the fare automatically where possible for that specified single delayed journey back to its registered Oyster card passengers, without expecting distraught passengers to go through any complicated and unbearable time consuming procedures to recover their claims.
This would be beneficial for the passengers (Londoners/Non-Londoners/Travellers/Commuters) who deserve their refund and improve TFL’s efficiency along with their ‘planning/budgeting-get-right’ which raised incredible unclaimed refunds significantly in the past and present.
