Make it compulsory for disabled toilets/nappy change areas to have a wall hook.
Disabled people and parents of children using nappy change areas carry bags too. Yet hardly any disabled toilets have pegs or hooks on the walls or doors. Why should the user have to put their belongings on a dirty toilet floor? A peg or hook on the wall or back of the door is a simple solution.
I am the parent of an autistic child still in nappies at age 5. I have become increasingly frustrated at having to put my change bag on dirty toilet floors when a peg or hook would be so cheap to supply and install.
