Petition Action

Explain why voters were denied their right to vote.

Petition Details

Postal voters being denied their right to vote for dubious reasons.
Not received in time etc.
Many hand delivered their forms to the offices concerned others posted them well ahead of the deadline.

Additional Information

From the "Application to vote by post" information form, which I note had no official form number or identification method, the cut off date is stated as 5pm, 11 working days before the referendum. That makes the cut off date the 8th or possibly 9th, as was generally claimed in the media.
