Change the electoral system in the UK to Single Transferable Vote
Currently in the general elections in the UK people vote for who they want to represent their constituency, whoever has the most votes becomes a Member of Parliament, even if it is less than 50%. This results in unfair results in which most people's votes are not represented. STV solves this.

In short, it keeps constituencies and all their benefits whilst getting rid of the unrepresentative system we currently have.
