Petition Details

Private companies such as Serco, Circle, Virgin and others deliver NHS services using the NHS name and logo.

The public does not want the NHS privatised and most people have no idea that they are being treated by the private sector.

Additional Information

The NHS logo is a tried and trusted brand. If private companies give poor care while operating under the NHS brand, the NHS is likely to get the blame

It is important that users of healthcare services know who is providing the care they are getting.
