A vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister & the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Many electorate find the PM's behaviour & that of the Chancellor in the EU Referendum run up well below the standards expected of holders of high office.
Speculation, "Project Fear" & blackmail threats of raising taxes if we vote leave fall below what ordinary people require of their leaders.
