Government University funding for students on DLA or significant disabilities

Additional Information

To create opportunities and funding for those with physical or mental disablities who are finding it challenging to fund their university courses to be exempt from tuition fees and from future funding debt. Those who currently claim DLA or those that don't claim DLA or other relevant disability benefits and have physical challenges in life such as down syndrome.
