Increase benefit entitlement for people who have worked all their life

Additional Information

For people who have worked 40+ years and are still working either part time or full time. Should be entitled to claim for more benefits for people who are on a low income. e.g. working tax credit for part timers, Increase pension credit threshold and allow OAP's to be exempt from paying council tax.

I believe that the government should adjust allowances to meet increases in living expenses. I also believe that the government should lower the threshold to allow OAP's to claim working tax credit for working part time. I also believe that OAP's should not have to pay council tax.
