article 50 ~ David Cameron ~ EU ~ Lisbon Treaty ~ Parliament ~ Referendum ~ UK
David Cameron should not invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty immediately
The UK has voted to Leave the EU. The vote is not legally binding and UK Parliament is sovereign. David Cameron does not have to invoke article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, giving our intention to leave the EU immediately. He should use the Leave vote as a negotiating tool and then hold a 2nd referendum
