A re-run of the Eu Referendum with 16 & 17 year olds able to have a vote.
The EU Referendum result is to LEAVE. It has done something fundamentally wrong - it has not allowed the generation (16/17 year olds) to be able to vote for THEIR future. The fact that so many of the youth are appalled at the decision shows that we feel we should have had a say.
On the day of the vote - which was voted LEAVE;
The Sterling has plummeted to a 31 year low.
The generation who will suffer the consequences of leaving have either not been able to vote or the majority have voted to REMAIN.
18-24 - 75% REMAIN
25-49 - 56% REMAIN
50-64 - 44% REMAIN
65+ - 39% REMAIN
The Youth are united in the fact that they have not been given the chance to speak out - with the generation who won't suffer the consequences being allowed to mould their future.
