Lower the legal voting age from 18 years old to 16 years old.
The consequences of voting have a major affect on the younger generation as it determines the stance of the country that they grow up in. Therefore, it is only fair that they are represented and that they have their say.
An argument against this is their potential lack of education and experience, however by this point many of this age group are in higher education or work and are therefore directly affected by the decisions made by the rest of the population. These people are the future of our country and it is unfair for them to not be able to voice their opinion.
