Allow Scotland to remain in EU. Allow Scots to retain rights as EU Citizens.

Petition Details

National Party Leaders made it clear to Scots that a vote to remain in the UK was the best way to safeguard Scottish membership of the EU.

Westminster must honour its pledge to the people of Scotland that it would safeguard Scotland's place in Europe.

Additional Information

Parliament must take action to prevent Scotland from being forced out of the EU, against the terms of the pledge implicit in the campaign against Scottish Independence led by Westminster Party Leaders, and against the democratic will of Scottish voters.

Parliament must take action to prevent Scots from being stripped of their rights as EU Citizens against the will of the Scottish people, expressed democratically in the EU referendum.
