Allow 16-17 year olds an EU referendum and consider the result in the overall
To allow those 65 + who are only going to be in the UK for a short period longer to vote against those who are 16-17 years of age who have no voting rights yet are going to have to face the referendum consequences for the rest of their life is proof of an unfair referendum

The EU referendum has already taken place. It is therefore no longer possible for the franchise (the groups of people who are entitled to vote) to be changed.
