Petition Action

Join the EEA to preserve our economy and the free movement of people.

Petition Details

On the 23rd June 2016 the British people voted to leave the European Union. Overnight, the FTSE 100 fell by 8% and the pound fell 10% to its lowest levels in 30 years. Overnight, we told EU citizens that they were not welcome here. Now more than ever we need to instil confidence in our nation.

Additional Information

Norway and Switzerland should be the models for our future association with the EU. By joining the European Economic Area we can restore faith in our economy and preserve the free movement of people. By keeping our borders open we encourage immigration which has repeatedly been shown to benefit our economy, the NHS, and our education system.
