Make voluntary work compulsory for people unemployed for more than 6-months
People in long-term receipt of unemployment benefit should be made to complete a minimum of 16 hours a week of voluntary work in their local community in order to receive benefits. Those who refuse to do so should have their benefits permanently stopped.
