Make the vote open to 16 year olds.
Young people are often silenced and they have very little say in the issues that affect their future. The older generation often make our important decisions for us, but we are the next generation so I believe we deserve a voice.
At 16 you are allowed to work, pay taxes, have sex, get married and raise a child yet we're not allowed to vote on issues pertaining to the aforementioned responsibilities.
