Conservatory installations should not need approval from the local water authority

Additional Information

New conservatory installations that are not subject to the normal conditions outlined by the local Building control office should also be exempt from requiring approval from the local water authority. Conservatories are detachable garden buildings and as such adoptable sewers should not be a factor.
