Free Heating Costs for over 75's
The fines levied on Utility Companies should be used to fund free Gas and Electric for those aged over 75 to keep warm this winter. Gas, Electric and Communication Companies are being fined millions which could be used to fund free Gas, Oil and Electric costs for our older citizens resident in this country.
