Make it a Criminal Offence to Enter Land Without Permission and Set up Camp ?
People Must be Held to account who Break in or Set up Camp on Any Property Not belonging to them, at this time they Do Not pay anything for their actions, leave a Mess behind only to do the same time and time again, the Law must give the Police the authority to remove them straight away without cost
Some Break into Land by lifting out fence posts and cut chains, the Council and Tax payer foots the bill in getting them removed and then cleaning their Rubbish and Waste, also Private land owners have to pay the same, Very wrong that the Victim Pays for something which is No fault of theirs.
The Law needs making Stronger as above to Stop this Practice as they will Never Learn, also they Must pay for the Damage Caused.
