The public to decide what 10 issues they want addressing and in which priority.
So in a nutshell, a system which allows the people’s top 10 issues to be listed, prioritised and given measurable performance criteria with dated milestones for interim measurement.
These issues would be updated at each new election or after coming out of the EU.
All parties would have same top 10 KIP's which would give consistency and allow performance to be easily measured and compared by the average person.
Currently, all the different party manifestoes are complied by themselves and can’t be easily cross-referenced. This means performance measurement is not easy for the average person.
Obviously the parties they would have all the other issues which can be prioritised and outlined in their own way.
