Stop treating Drug, cigarette and alcohol abusers on the NHS.

Additional Information

People have been told thousands of times through multiple means of communication not to drink excessively, that smoking is bad and that drugs can and will damage the body. Billions are spent on trying to reform abusers, most of which doesn't work. The Billions spent on this could be put into other areas that would actually make a difference to people!
