Hold a 2nd EU Referendum after a credible HMG report on the terms of a Brexit
The information available on 23rd June 16 was enough to express dissatisfaction with the status quo, but not enough to make an informed decision on the consequences of a Brexit.
Parliament should approve a 2nd Referendum on UK membership of the EU once the Government can provide to Parliament a credible detailed report about the terms of trade and engagement with the EU following a Brexit along with the resulting reappraisal of the economic impact, so the decision to Remain or Leave can be considered and confirmed on a properly informed basis prior to Brexit; or in the absence of such a report to hold the 2nd confirming Referendum before June 2018 at the latest.
