The Government should have final say when expelling an undesirable person from the UK.

Additional Information

It appears to be happening more and more. If the UK Border Agency and The Government make the decision that a persons presence in the United Kingdom is not in the interest of public safety or the security of the nation, it should be final. The courts should have a responsibility to keeping the people of Britain safe. We have the right to a family life too!
