To require bread to be fortified with folic acid

Additional Information

Increasing folic acid in the diet of pregnant women has been shown to reduce the incidence of neural tube defects such as spina bifida in babies.

This petiton is to ask the government to require fortification in bread produced by the larger bakers and assist those bakers with the cost of such fortification.
