Propose a new EU vote to include ages 16 and 17. Vote of no confidence.
The example is the manner in which the Scottish referendum was conducted. To include 16 and 17 year olds who's lives will be affected by the decision.
Vote that was conducted for sixth form students in Bristol school QEH.

The EU referendum has already taken place. It is therefore no longer possible for the franchise (the groups of people who are entitled to vote) to be changed.
