Make human rights pay with fair tariffs against bad states

Additional Information

I want to tax despotic countries like Syria by raising EU import tariffs against them, fairly, over a long time, in proportion to the problem and across all countries.

♦ More schools hospitals & pensions: less tariff.

♦ More human rights: less tariff.

♦ More democracy: less tariff.

Why?

Despots run-down countries while we buy cheap products from those countries. The worse the welfare state, the human & democratic rights rights, the cheaper country's products & the more of British industry closes trying to compete.
