Protect our rights by establishing a national constitution
As we are leaving the EU it is imperative that the rights of all citizens, especially those from minority groups, are protected by a constitution.
In this time of political and social instability we must ensure that the equality and freedoms that have been fought for are protected and enhanced. The right to justice and equality must not be eroded by the decision to leave the EU. Discrimination on the basis of sexuality, gender, ethnicity, disability and religious belief must be unconstitutional. The repeal of EU law should be reviewed against the new constitution to protect the rights of all citizens.
