Make it an offence to conceal your identity in public
Following riots and looting arround the UK
The trend for some members of society to walk arround in public with concealed faces eg. Hoodies Scalfs ect has hampered the police in their efforts to identify offenders.
It should be made an offence for a person to intentionaly conceal their identity in a public place.
