Grant all Londoners an in/out referendum on independence from the UK.
Following the result of EU referendum and Londoners voting overwhelmingly to Remain in the EU, London should be granted a referendum to separate from the UK and apply for EU membership as a city state thus maintaining its preeminence as a global financial centre.
