Parliament to decide whether the UK should leave the EU.

Petition Details

There is no legal requirement for the UK to issue a formal withdrawal notification (under Article 50) to the European Council following the EU referendum, given that the latter is advisory. Parliament should decide whether the UK should leave the EU.
