stop making US and British visa's so hard to get. And stop MASS immigration from poor countries

Additional Information

Certain work visas for USA citizens to come to UK for work experience have been restricted recently by our government.
I am calling for a stop to mass immigration from poor countries, so that we have to shut out people from more developed countries that are no burdon on our welfare system.
Why cant the USA and UK who apparently stand 'side by side' have better policies for nationals to move to each other countries, even for just work experience??
