SELF INFLICTED ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY CONDITIONS

Every week-end our hospitals are inundated with patient admissions, due entirely to drunkenness following over-indulgence in our cities' Night Clubs. Where medical attention is deemed necessary and considered resultant entirely due to the patient over-imbibing, the 'patient' should be billed accordingly for medical attention received. The monies collected should be paid back into the NHS.
