Allow the public to vote for the new PM.

Petition Details

The resignation of David Cameron means that a new PM will not be one the people voted for, but instead one chosen at the conservative party conference, and the public should be afforded their democratic right to a freely chosen representative. I propose this be done via a single transferable vote.
