Do not invoke EU article 50 without full agreement by both Houses of Parliament.
Although the outcome of the referendum was a majority decision by those who voted, the number of people who voted for us to leave the EU, and indeed voted for us to remain was well below 50% of the registered voters and so the referendum is not representative of the UK population.
