Consider if misleading claim has been made by leave campaign means result unsafe
ITV interview re EU result included admission from principal campaigner who significantly influenced UK voters. It was emblazoned across the leave campaign's battle bus, but Nigel Farage says the £350m a week pledge for the NHS was "a mistake" does this impact legitimacy of result & render unsafe?
