Petition Action

Ignore the petition to have another EU referendum.

Petition Details

The British people have already decided they want out of the EU. A win is a win. A petition to have another EU referendum is pointless and anti-democratic. It's not right for people on the remain side to push until they get the answer they want. Such a petition should not be entertained.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.

You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
