Give 11-17 year olds the chance to vote in England.

Petition Details

I am suggesting that 11-17 year olds in England should be able to apply to vote and be sent a test to show their knowledge and understanding of what they would be voting for. Once they pass they will be allowed to vote in elections and referendums.
