Scrap the fixed term parliament act and call a general election in 2016
After the tight EU referendum, parliament is too divided to function and any new Conservative prime minister would simply lack a mandate. Scrap the Fixed term parliament act and call a general election immediately so that the UK can have a functioning democracy - free from blue on blue splits.
