Automatic Military Conscription from the age of 18
From the age of 18, or if after that, from the age they leave further education/university, young adults should be given summons to complete at least 18 months military service, with the option to continue on after this. The training of recruits should begin four times a year. Initial military training lasting for three months continuously, basic training given in special training units.
