EU Referendum vote should be taken again. UK citizens aged 16/16+ should vote.

Petition Details

The EU Referendum voting affects everyone in the UK. Citizens aged 16 and over should be able to vote, let their voice be heard. When the Scottish Referendum happened, 16 years old voted. Why didn't they vote for this referendum.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The EU referendum has already taken place. It is therefore no longer possible for the franchise (the groups of people who are entitled to vote) to be changed.
