Discard the referendum votes of people above retirement age.
A referendum isn't like an election. It's irreversible. For this reason it affects younger people to a far greater degree. It's unjust to give people who don't have to live with the consequences of their actions power over those that do. The votes of people above retirement age should be discounted.
