Ban Free Carrier Bags

Additional Information

We call for an outright ban on the issue of free, single use carrier bags at retail outlets.
Single use bags are an eyesore that pollute our towns, rivers, countryside and seas. They kill wildlife and remain a pollutant for hundreds of years.
Voluntary measures to eradicate them has not worked so we call for legislation to ban them.
