Hold a second referendum on EU membership to include 16 & 17 year old voters.
UK citizens aged 16 and 17 were unconstitutionally excluded from the EU referendum. This must be redressed prior to triggering Article 50 of the Lisbon treaty.
The UK constitution is uncodified and established by Acts of Parliment, court judgements, treaties and convention. The 2014 Scottish independence referendum established a convention giving 16 & 17 year olds the right to vote in decisions of national interest and long term implication. Given successive government and independent polls indicating a high probability of voting contrary to the result of the EU referendum within this age group a second referendum must be held with their inclusion.

The EU referendum has already taken place. It is therefore no longer possible for the franchise (the groups of people who are entitled to vote) to be changed.
