Invoke the sovereign rights of Parliament to vote on whether UK leaves the EU.
The UK is not bound by the vote to leave the EU in the recent general referendum. In the UK, Parliament is sovereign. Parliament must now decide whether the Prime minister should take steps to invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, or not.
