To quash the EU Referendum decision on the basis of misrepresentation.
Following the decision of 24 June 2016 to leave the EU, several prominent Leave campaigners have sought to backtrack on key issues which influenced many voters to support the Leave campaign. Such misrepresentations undermine the validity of the decision. A new vote should be held.
